my wife and i have tickets for this and i gotta say that it is definately shaping up as one of the most eclectic group of performers on one stage that i am ever likely to see.
Mercy Street
Fever Ray covered Peter Gabriel’s Mercy Street. Karin Dreijer-Andersson and the band have been playing it at the last couple of shows they did. For now it’s a live-version, but Peter Gabriel is bringing out a new album this year, plus there are rumours of an album coming out of artists covering Peter Gabriel. Let’s pray Fever Ray’s interpretation of Mercy Street is on it so we’ll have a proper studio version. The live-version is really good though, so don’t let that stop you from downloading and adoring it!
